If the car does not match

If, after the inspection report, the vehicle does not match the agreed description or its quality is not as described, you can request a refund of the funds you paid, minus the transportation costs already incurred.

How to request

Write to your account manager within the period stated in your agreement. Refunds are sent in the same asset and to the wallet you paid from.

When a refund does not apply

If you cancel without the vehicle failing the agreed description, the terms of your agreement apply to the deposit.

Escrow

Where payment is held in escrow, the escrow provider's release and refund rules apply together with this policy.
